Stormy weather .....

Well I arrived in Sydney at 08:30 am here in the morning 21:30 in the UK and boy was it hot !!

I made my way to my hotel by bus as I thought that would be a bit more adventurous after all that is what I came here for..

I was so tired by the time I got here so I had a little sleep which you’re not really meant to do but my eyes were so blood shot that it was all that I could do.

I stitched old nelson up as he was looking a little worse for wear to say the least ( we will blame it on the long journey )

Tim called me bless him such a lovely guy, he brought me some sweets for my birthday.
we decided to go to a local bar for a catch up and there we met some lovely people Alan and Toni and there friend Gareth and Dave (very funny guy) we discovered that they don’t have anything like Tesco’s or Asda here in fact what they have is Woolworths!!!!!!!! though it’s just a bit different to the one we have at home as it has everything in it oh yeah and it does still have pick and mix.

good job that I ate the tub of sweets Tim gave me as I used it this morning to catch a baby cockroach .....errrrk !

I caught a bus in to central and met up with Tim he showed me around Sydney and It wasn’t till I got to the opera house that it sunk in that I was actually in Australia.

Thank you every one for all the lovely messages and birthday cards that I recieved I loved each One.All My Lovely Birthday Cards Thank you guys

Well How stressed was I in the morning ????Though I must say I was very very anxious.Mum and Dad took me to Gatwick we were supposed to leave at 12 mid day but yes you guessed it the half and hr rule that I come with kicked in and instead of the usual 30 Min's turned in to and hr and we didn't set off till 1.15 but hey we got there with plenty of time to spare and even got to eat at Joe's cafe good name don't cha think ??

not sure how I managed to eat I felt really sick if I'm going to be honest.The whole day seams like a bit of a dream now but it was a very emotional day and I must say very draining.Thank you Mum and Dad for every thing you did for me right up to the point where we had to part. which I now have to tell every one was very emotional and if you ever have to do it my advice is to say good bye in the car crying at the airport is not a good look :-)

Nelsonwally doesnt like me smoking and had a hissy fit and crushed my fags ....bad teddy !!!

Right now on to the beginning of my adventure and this may turn more in to pointers as we may be here all day otherwise.....The Flight - After leaving mum and Dad at the airport I felt very emotional so what do you do when you feel like that.... well of course you call your rock the person who is strongest for you no matter how they are feeling inside ....Nick or as you may get to know him throught this "Mr wally" Long story I may explain some time but not right now.

bless him he is really is there for me and so supportive of me going off and getting as much from this experiance as I can, Thank you nick xx

Any way back to the matter in hand oh yes the airport well what do you expect I cried again .......what a div!!!Finally boarding at 7:40ish pm I had a 7 hr flight too Dubai where I sat next to a really lovely lady whos name was Berrel

She was also traveling on her own to Sydney to see her new grandaughter ahhhhhhhhw how cute "Thats Grandma dedication for you "!!I dont know how I would have got though that flight and airport hoping with out You Berrel also you made the journey a delight I Thank You.

This is no time to be playing cowboys Nelson we have a plane to catch .....

I dont know .....I turn my head for one min and hes after my dinner .....

Napping after all that food !!!!!!!!! not at all supprised !

Just had Lunch with me Ellaroo at the Fountain we had scampi and it was beautiful, Ella treated me and I feel very special to have such a Lovely friend. :-)

well I think I may just have come to grips with working this blog thing ........ but only just lol

I packed my bag last, not so sure I will be able to carry it though and yes I have put my hair straighteners in ha ha ha.



Im off to lunch with my dear friend Ella today, Im not sure but I think she wants to make sure I leave the country .....lol just kidding ! also I have to go and visit my auntie Joyce, post some items go to my dads work and print out some important boring stuff....etc etc zzzzzzzzz
Im just sitting on my bed with hair dye on so I must go right now and wash it off before my hair falls out ....which would be a good start !

And so it begins.....

Well what can I say I have my ticket and visa to Australia and I depart on the 29th of October "my birthday" ........and so the fun begins!!

Mind you I have got so much to do between now and then mainly selling most of my possession's which I can't take with me one of which being my car ....... sob sob!

Any takers ??????
